Who IS Dirty Girl X?

If you plan on reading my blog more than once (and I hope you do!) then you should probably understand a little bit about who I am and why I have this blog.

I won't begin by giving you my name because the 'X' in "Dirty Girl X" refers to anonymity. The "Dirty Girl" part is self-explanatory. I like sex. A lot. And I like to talk about it. I like to share my personal experiences, I like to hear about the experiences of others, I like to discuss sex, whether its about technique, social issues, philosophy, etc.

I am a single woman. I've been married before and decided I'm not cut out for it. I have kids but I rarely mention them because I like to keep that part of my life separate from this one and I have other outlets on the Internet where I can discuss my life as a mom. This is MY place where I can just be a woman.

I'm in my mid-30's. I do consider myself attractive and intelligent. I work full-time and I own my own business. I'm also returning to school soon to finish my degree.

Because of these things, I am a very busy person. There is very little room in my life for relationships and dating but because I am somewhat of a nymphomaniac and a romantic, I find myself being torn between wanting to hang onto my independence and freedom yet wanting companionship, intimacy and affection and, of course, sex on a regular basis with the same person.

I know there are a ton of blogs out there written by much more talented writers with more interesting lives than mine but that's not going to stop me. I'm not here for fame and fortune in Cyberspace. I'm just here because, well, I have some things I want to get off of my chest.
